My Story
From a young age, I had a passion for providing hands on relief for people around me. I've been blessed to discover the profession of Massage Therapy, and am truly thankful that I've been able to live my passion for 10 years!

Education & Experiences
I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2010, and have since worked in a variety of clinical settings. I'm proud to have worked with patients in Richmond, Vancouver (Kitsilano), Central Burnaby, and Metrotown locations. My specific experiences as an student & RMT have included work at the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, HSBC World Rugby Sevens Tournament, and the BC Bike Race.
These experiences have helped me develop an appreciation and respect for the unique traits, needs, and goals of each patient.

My Treatment Philosophy
I utilize a variety of hands on techniques, including (but not limited to) Swedish massage, myofascial release, dermoneuromodulation, and hot stone work.
Recently, I've integrated new research on the nature of pain & how manual therapies of all types contribute to overall recovery.
These discoveries do not change the application of my work, but provide better information on how massage therapy can aid with recovery, pain relief, and stress management.

My Therapy Approach
While the majority of my work is hands on, I often integrate homecare activities & lifestyle adaptations directly into my treatment. I do this as I've found that educated, empowered patients are able to better manage symptoms over time, and end up needing less therapy as they improve.
My goal is for my patients to 'finish' their treatment plans with me and spend more time living fulfilling and fruitful lives, confident that they have the skills and knowledge to manage their physical health, leaving more time to enjoy life.
